ABOUT WORKING WITH ME

When you seek out help and/or guidance from another, it is generally because something in your being is wanting your attention. Together we will trust and work with that impulse.

Where are you not shining? Where is love not flowing?

My desire is to help you manifest the highest version of yourself and to help remove what gets in the way of that.

I will meet you where you are.

I will not hold expectations about where you should be or shouldn't be t be, nor about what you should and shouldn’t know.

Safety is my number one priority.
Together we will create a safe environment so that what is ready to be seen and released can surface.
We will be available for what is alive and present in the moment, recognizing that it likely has roots in the past.
You are the authority. The answers live in you, but that doesn’t mean there is pressure for you to “know” the answers. The answers may come through me, they may come through symbolism, they may come as a surprise awareness, as an ah ha!
As we explore what comes up, our beings will let us know when we are on the right track by giving us signs such as goosebumps, tears, tingles, joy, laughter, a feeling of expansion, a feeling of aliveness or excitement, or feelings of fear and/or resistance.

When we are present in partnership with the intention of being available to what is ready to be healed, released, transformed, there is a beautiful, magical flow to the process and signs and synchronicities often arrive.

We will invite your spiritual guides, angels, helpers, and healers, as well as mine, to assist us.

We will set the intention that the session be in service of your highest good and the highest good of all.

You might come to a session with something specific you would like to address or you might not have a conscious idea about what you want to address. Either is okay, as your being likely already has an agenda.

We will follow that thread, trusting where it leads.

I will ask a lot of questions.

We will go slow and let curiosity lead.

We can hold it lightly, even if it is serious.

There will often be a temptation to head down a road, thinking we know what something means, or where it will lead. We will return to what is alive in the moment.

We will always work towards bringing you into alignment with your authentic essence, for your highest good and the highest good of all. This will be our compass heading.

We can ask for support in the form of clear signs.
